We believe that all children deserve access to education, regardless of their gender or where they are born. We put our heart and soul into improving the chances for the children to live a fulfilled life. We strive to grow our organization based on the following 3 principles:
WE ARE PROFESSIONALS
We collect funds, manage and audit the projects from Europe and work with trusted local partners who we personally know for many years. Our partners and our European branch consist of highly qualified professionals who do honorary work and know how to manage a project. Our Partners on site like Thu Bich Duong, Irene Duarte and Soeur Marie Huu are devoted people and trustworthy partners we know personally for many years, so we evaded common risks for charities like corruption or inefficiencies. Our projects have never failed or ended in nowhere.
WE CAN BE TRUSTED:
We are an officially registered charity in Germany, where many donors reside and are being audited by the government regularly. We strive to become an even better organization and find more people who want to make good news for themselves. Over 12 successful years of AKfC e.V. prove that we are serious and have stamina to overcome the obstacles of charity work.
100% FOR THE GOOD CAUSE & LOCAL FUNDING:
Our organization is lean and everyone involved bears the administrative cost involved themselves. Therefore 100% of your donation goes to the children in need. We have no administration fees, no salaries, no deductions or detours. We transfer the money we receive directly to our partners on site in Vietnam - short way, we call it “local funding”. All this is being audited regularly and we can provide evidence any time. As professionals we always question the quality of work and cost involved so that we can make the most of your donation.
