News 07/18 - Let´s get started!

💦 Let’s get started! A few weeks ago we have introduced you to the girls from Dak To, Kon Tum Province, Vietnam. In early March 2018 we visited this small shelter with 28 girls from different Ethnic Minorities, aged from 15 to 18 years. The girls are practically in need of everything, having no support at all from the government or other NGOs. Their living conditions - how they cook, sleep & study - remain very poor and unsafe. The girls have a well but it was built near a sump, which means that the water is not clean. Therefore AKfC e. V.  is now installing a new water pump for the girls from Dak To orphanage. On todays picture you can see the spot where the new well is going to be drilled & the truck that has arrived today.
