This is Mai Nha. She was born in 2009 in a remote village of South Vietnam. She has been living at Lai Thieu Educational Center since she was 6 months old. It was Sister Marie Huu, Founder of Lai Thieu, who found little Mai and took her to Lai Thieu to give her a home filled with love and joy. Her parents remain unknown. This year she will turn 8 and is entering 3rd grade. Her favourite subjects are Mathematics and English. She is a good student and has also been taking piano lessons for 2 years now at Lai Thieu. After school she likes to spend time with her friends. Recently she was invited to be part of a concert with other piano students. This was a lovely day filled with music, fun and love - and she got to wear her pretty dress. The above pictures show Mai Nhas daily life at Lai Thieu as well as the amazing work of Sister Marie Huu and her team giving a beautiful home to all those children in need.
